Booking classes

Programme lists what the studio offers, with the places left for each date.

Book creates a request. At first it exists only on your device — the app says so rather than pretending it has already arrived. Once you meet the studio, or are connected to it, the request goes over and is confirmed or declined.

What "places left" means

You see a number, not a list of names. Who else is in the class is not something you learn — the app does not distribute other people's bookings to you at all.

The number can go briefly stale. Two people requesting the last place at the same time both get "requested" first, and one gets a decline afterwards — exactly as in a studio with no software at all.

Cancelling

Also after a confirmation. A place you do not need should become free again.

If you cancel a class you had already been checked in for, the app shows a contradiction. It does not resolve it: the cancellation stands, the class stays used, and both are visible. Have a word with your studio — that is a matter for people, not software.
